1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who (i) are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry; and (ii) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico. The Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By Participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about 9/12/23 and ending 12/26/23. All online entries must be received by 12/25/23 11:59PM PST.

4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by completing the survey found within the following URL https://mrbrainwashartmuseum.com/survey. The survey must be completed in its entirety by submitting all answers to the survey questions. Upon completing the survey, click the “Submit” button. Upon clicking the “Submit” button, you may be prompted to complete the entry form in its entirety to include first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip, phone number and email address (if available) and click “Continue”. The survey must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications herein may be disqualified at the sole discretion of It’s a Wonderful World, Inc. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise to attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of It’s a Wonderful World, Inc. To be eligible to receive a prize, you must have an address on file with It’s a Wonderful World, Inc. or have provided an address when prompted at the time of entry. In the event that you have an incomplete address, you will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner will be selected in a random drawing.

The Content submitted shall be 100% owned and controlled by the entrant. The Content shall be free and clear of any claims by any person whose writings, quotes, or ideas are embodied in the Content, or any person rendering services in connection with the Content. The Content shall not contain any materials owned or controlled by a third party for which you have not obtained a license.

By submitting Content you agree that your Content disclosure is gratuitous, unsolicited, and made without restriction, will not place It’s a Wonderful World, Inc. under any fiduciary or other obligation, that It’s a Wonderful World, Inc. is free to use and otherwise disclose the ideas contained in the survey on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation to you. You acknowledge that, by acceptance of your Content, It’s a Wonderful World, Inc. does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to it, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you.

BY SUBMITTING ANY CONTENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR CONTENT MAY BE POSTED ON IT’S A WONDERFUL WORLD, INC.’S WEBSITE, OR ELSEWHERE ON THE INTERNET AS AUTHORIZED BY IT’S A WONDERFUL WORLD, INC., IN IT’S A WONDERFUL WORLD, INC.’S DISCRETION. In consideration for your participation in this survey and for the opportunity to win a prize hereunder, you hereby grant It’s a Wonderful World, Inc., an unlimited, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-restrictive, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right and license to use, publish, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute, publicly perform, transmit, have distributed, prepare derivative works of, and promote such Content in any form, in all media now known or hereinafter created, anywhere in the world, for any purpose and without consideration to the entrant.

5. Prizes. Winners will receive Mr Brainwash Spray Can, Valued at approx $250 USD. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at It’s a Wonderful World, Inc.’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for It’s a Wonderful World, Inc., to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing. We need to specify when the final winner(s) will be determined.

8. Taxes: The value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported to the IRS as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein. Each winner must provide It’s a Wonderful World, Inc. with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from It’s a Wonderful World, Inc. in a calendar year will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reporting the value of those prizes to the IRS.
